How do I access the app after purchase?

Where are my progress, streak, and records saved?
Your streak, records, and progress are saved automatically in your personal space: you pick up right where you left off. Your profile, login, and usage data are processed by ZN Group LLC in accordance with its privacy policy.
How does billing work, and when am I charged?
The subscription costs €29 per month. The first payment is taken when you subscribe, then it renews automatically every month, on the same date, until cancelled. The price, currency (euros), and frequency are displayed before you confirm.
What will I see on my bank statement?
The payment appears under a descriptor containing "ZN GROUP" (for example "ZNGROUP* …" or "ZN-GROUP-PROTOCOL"); the exact descriptor may vary depending on your bank. If you don't recognize a payment or have any question at all, please write to us first at support@zngroupglobal.com, before contacting your bank: we reply within 48 business hours and will find the best solution (an explanation, cancellation, or refund in line with our policy).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply send an email to support@zngroupglobal.com, from the address used at checkout, saying that you wish to cancel. Cancellation takes effect for subsequent renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. See our cancellation policy.
Can I change my mind before the renewal?
Yes. As long as your cancellation request reaches us before the renewal date, no further charge is made and you keep using the app until the end of the month already paid for. We recommend writing a few days before the due date.
