How do I access the app after purchase?

Do I need to install anything?
No. Méthode Focus Profond is a web app that runs directly in the browser. Nothing to download, nothing to install. You can add it to your phone's home screen for quicker access.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The app adapts to phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers, in an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Where are my settings and statistics saved?
Your settings, your statistics and your noted thoughts are saved automatically in your personal space: you pick up where you left off. Your profile, login and usage data are processed by ZN Group LLC in accordance with its privacy policy.
How do the ambient sounds work?
The three ambient sounds (rain, brown noise, soft tone) are generated by the browser at the time of the session. No audio file is downloaded and nothing is played from an external service. The volume is adjusted directly in the app.
Is this a subscription? When and how much am I charged?
No. You pay €57 once, at the time of purchase. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no later charge. The price and currency are shown before you confirm the payment.
What exactly does the one-time payment include?
Full access to the online app (session timer, ambient sounds, anti-distraction pad, printable worksheets, statistics), including its updates, as well as email support.
What will I see on my bank statement?
The payment appears under a descriptor containing "ZN GROUP" (for example "ZNGROUP* …" or "ZN-GROUP-PROTOCOL"); the exact descriptor may vary depending on your bank. If you do not recognize a payment or have any question at all, write to us first at support@zngroupglobal.com, before contacting your bank: we reply within 48 business hours and find the best solution (an explanation, a cancellation or a refund under our policy).
